 My housemate was in town when she saw this and thought she just had to get it for me lol.

This happened a few months back when we were on shift and saw a fire truck pass by the restaurant.

Me: Hey what is the number for the fire brigade in UK anyway?

Friend: (gobsmacked) uh..994? Kim! that's the first thing they teach you at school how could you not know?

Me: I don't know..!I thought it would be different in each country or something..I mean in my hometown they had 6 digit numbers for the local police station.. 

Omygod can you imagine *touch wood* if there was a fire and I didn't know the number? And i'll be sitting in front of my laptop trying to google the fire brigade number while everything's burning like craaazyy

Friend: (laughing) Kim, I so don't want to be stuck in a fire with you.

Another bimbo moment that happened last week actually.

Housemate was trying to explain about "kal" or something of the like.

Housemate: You know kal..it's kind of like a toothbrush used by people in ancient times

Kim: Oh okay..what does it do?

Friend A: um..duhh..kimmy..toothbrush..to brush your teeth?

Ohmygod you bimbo!
